📄 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. General Rule
Cancellation depends on:

- Refund requests must include a valid reason with supporting proof.
- All cancellation requests are subject to internal verification and approval by Samihan Voyages.

- Eligible for 100% refund
- Subject to valid reason, proof, and approval
After 7 days:
- Cancellation charges apply

🔹 B. Travel Date More Than 3 Months Away
Within 15 days of booking:
- Eligible for refund (subject to approval)
After 15 days and before 30 days of travel:
- 50% refund applicable
Within 30 days of travel date:
- No refund (100% cancellation charges apply)
4. Ticket Bookings (Flight / Train / Bus)
- 100% payment required at booking
- No refund after confirmation
Refund applicable only if:
- Refundable option selected
- Vendor allows refund
5. Service & Processing Fee
- A service/processing fee charged by Samihan Voyages is non-refundable under all circumstances.
6. Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges include both:
- Samihan Voyages service fee
- Third-party vendor charges
7. Vendor Policy Clause
- Refunds are subject to airline, hotel, and vendor policies.
- Vendor cancellation charges will be deducted.
